چکیده

This research addresses the problem of CO 2 , CH 4 and N O emissions in EU for 2008–2018 period, their contributing factors, through extensive complex analysis. The incubated manuscript answers question whether new state members managed to catch up with old regarding technology innovation mitigation from agriculture activities. methodology used includes Tapio decoupling index metafrontier non-radial Malmquist emission performance index. considers short-term, medium-term, long-term analyses. Results suggest a shift status is worse 2013–2018 period compared 2008–2013 which should concern low-carbon policy-makers. Also, it was noticed an increase total-factor period. New agricultural activities; however, not all countries do so. For example, Romania has experienced efficiency loss due change this perspective, address first managing emissions. findings extend traditional framework investigating effects highlight necessity addressing environmental aspects broader perspective policymakers developing innovative indexes. investigation reporting post-transition country by prioritizing measures be implemented.

Modeling impacts of farming management alternatives on CO2, CH4, and N2O emissions: A case study for water management of rice agriculture of China

[1] Since the early 1980s, water management of rice paddies in China has changed substantially, with midseason drainage gradually replacing continuous flooding. This has provided an opportunity to estimate how a management alternative impacts greenhouse gas emissions at a large regional scale. We integrated a process-based model, DNDC, with a GIS database of paddy area, soil properties, and man...
